Covered in black tolex and featuring an aged Silver grille cloth, the Fender Blues Junior is a stylish beast indeed. Lurking underneath this classic exterior is a 15w valve tone machine with a 12 inch Celestion A-type speaker.

This is a one channel amp with spring reverb and the addition of a ‘fat’ switch to boost certain midrange frequencies. The control panel is simplicity itself: alongside a full three band EQ, you get a Volume (for pushing the sound into overdrive), Reverb, Master and a switch to turn on the Fat! Nothing else is required to achieve some of that world class Fender clean tone.

15 watts is loud enough for small gigs, and lots of guitarists still take this along to bigger shows and simply mic it up. The Blues Junior takes pedals extremely well and is a high quality base for your tone. 5 tubes are stuffed into this baby so it sounds wonderful!

At 14kg this is light enough to be carried by its reinforced handle. This is the type of amp that every guitarist can make great use of.
