During your first PT session we will do a body composition check in order for me to make your program accordingly. We will take full body measurements of your shoulders, arms, waist, and legs. Then we will look at:

Kgs in Fat free muscle;

Resting metabolic rate;

Total body fat % and targeted body fat, arms, legs and torso area;

% of body water.

I will create a flexible nutrition plan that is designed to achieve your goals whilst enjoying your social lifestyle. And importantly I will teach you and give you the tools you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long term.
