A 43-year-old woman living in Islington with reduced mobility and unstable on feet due to impaired vision following a stroke. The client who has a history of falls needs support with her personal care needs every morning as she is unable to complete the task independently. Client requires support with daily living activities as she is unable to perform the task due to physical and cognitive impairments. The client suffers from short term memory loss caused by brain injury and she requires constant support all the time. The client needs support for planning and sequencing activity due to impaired cognition.
The successful applicant should have care experience, be motivated, enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable and flexible,
You will be required to work a total of 10 hours per week on the following shifts/days, but may vary according to the client:
Monday: 2 Hours
Tuesday: 2 Hours
Wednesday: 2 Hours
Thursday: 2 Hours
Friday: 2 Hours

Pay and Benefits:
Hourly rate - £11.95 gross per hour before deductions.
Paid Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year pro rata of paid leave inclusive of bank holidays.
Job tasks include:
· Carer to assist client with getting to the bathroom, assisting her with personal care as she requires support with showering, drying, and dressing.
· Assisting client with reminder/prompt to eat as client has short term memory loss.
· Tidying away in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom.
· Hoovering and dusting the property.
· Supporting with planning and sequencing activity due to impaired cognition
· Assisting with any delegated tasks as required
