Carpenter & Co Solicitors are a well-established and developing legal Firm, and they are seeking newly qualified and senior Fee Earners to join their team busy Private Client team. What you will do:

Supporting the Firm s clients with undertaking wills, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection applications and estate administration.Preparing, managing and processing matters in line with the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.Providing exceptional customer service to the Firm s clients in person, and staying connected via telephone, email and post.Responsibility for training and supervising others within the team.Ensuring your time (chargeable and non-chargeable) is recorded in a timely manner.Providing support across the team with duties such as client liaison, taking and acting on instructions, preparing legal documentation for clients or court preparation and About you:

Relevant experience within a similar role and legal practice/Firm.Minimum 3 years (Fee Earner) or 5 years (Solicitor) PQE experience. Excellent communication and organisation skillsAbility to prioritise effectivelyFirst rate customer service skillsGood IT skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to use own initiativeThe ability to multi-task and work under pressurePositive with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to work with a willingness to learnPrevious experience using DPS is desirable.STEP and/or SFE qualifications would be an advantage Full Time Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5:30pm
