Fashion Wholesale Executive - European Market - Central London

Full time / Permanent / office based 5 days per week

A leading contemporary fashion agency/distributor is looking for a proactive and confident Fashion Wholesale Executive focused on the European market to join their central London office, working closely with the Head of Wholesale. This role will suit an energetic, personable & organised individual, with at least one year's experience in fashion wholesale.

Fashion Wholesale Executive Key Responsibilities:

Securing European appointments via e-mail/telephone, arrange the sales diary for the season ahead and updating head of wholesale/comm director on appointments and/or change.

To support the Wholesale Director, ensuring a sound knowledge of the collections to sell each season to the full potential. Together, prospecting and securing the right clients for each brand.

Uploading data onto the order operating system NuOrder and sending order confirmations to clients.

Ensuring effective communication with the customer to ensure all information is provided in a timely, accurate and appropriate way.

Liaising with agents and distributors checking if they have the right sales tools and they are aware of the order deadlines.

Daily upkeep and maintaining the A-Z master database of clients and generating new prospect lists for brands as well as constantly searching for new clients opening.

To support the team with product reporting.

Prepare all kit for sales appointments.

The successful Candidate:

Personable and confident in the way they approach things. A can-do, positive attitude.

Highly organised & attentive to detail with excellent computer and communication skills.

Strong admin skills.

Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

A team player who is also able to work autonomously in an accurate and timely manner with attention to detail and within critical deadlines.

Really well presented with great soft skills, they will be polite, friendly, and not afraid of hard work.
