To ensure that the highest standards are maintained in stock husbandry, To ensure the highest site standards are maintained and the environmental policy is adhered to. Oversee and control staffing requirements for the site.

Experience as a Farm Manager or Assistant Farm Manager Have a motivational and can-do attitude Ability to train and develop a team Passionate about animal husbandry
