Family Law Solicitor (Maternity Cover)

GBP40,000 - GBP55,000 (Depending on Experience)

My client, a well-established law firm, is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their fast-paced team as Maternity cover for 1 year. To be successful, they are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of; divorce, finances, private law children and TLATA.

Duties involved, but not limited to:

manage their caseload and obtain new work through converting enquiries

draft various legal documentation including cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements and court applications.

to be actively involved in marketing and development activities

maintain their professional development requirements

be self-motivated to hit their very achievable targets

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and 1 Saturday every 4 weeks: 9.30am to 12pm.
