They should possess a comprehensive understanding of divorce and separation proceedings, financial claims, and child arrangements. Expertise in handling cohabitation agreements, pre–nuptial and post–nuptial agreements, and civil partnerships is highly desirable.Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively within a dynamic legal team, where transparency on costs and an unwavering focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients are paramount.
