Our client has a vacancy for a Family Solicitor to join their team. Reporting to the Supervising Partner, the successful candidate will manage a caseload of all privately funded work across a range of matters including divorce, financial provision, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation, Children Act matters and separation agreements.

Candidates should ideally have:

1 – 3 years PQE, with at least 12 months experience in Family department post qualification.Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conductStrong IT skillsEffective business development skills with proven marketing strategiesCapability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targetsUp–to–date knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development and internal training expectationsProven experience of handling own caseloadAbility to adhere to and manage deadlinesGood drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
