Currently seeking an experienced and organised paralegal to join an extremely busy and reputable Family team.

Candidates must have previous experience of family and matrimonial issues from within a legal background and be competent in the following areas:-

Audio dictationPreparation of all documents, including legal and Court formsPreparation of bundlesDiary management (organising meetings and client appointments)Filing, scanning, photocopying and e-filingMeeting and greeting clients, taking ID where requiredTelephone liaison and handling queries with clients and third parties Our Family department deals with a diverse caseload of both private and Legal Aid work including Matrimonial, Divorce, Adoption, Child Care issues / proceedings, Children s disputes, Domestic violence and Family Financial Property Arrangements therefore candidates with experience and knowledge within these areas would be preferred.
