A thriving and friendly law firm in Macclesfield is currently seeking a qualified Family Lawyer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their successful team.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Solicitor and/or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE.Possess excellent knowledge of all areas of Family Law, including divorce, financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, surrogacy, cohabitee disputes, and pre and post–nuptial agreements.Ability to manage a caseload independently.Previous experience with the Proclaim case management system is desirable.Strong communication skills and business networking abilities.Clean driving licence. Responsibilities:

Provide high–quality advice across privately funded family law matters.Handle a diverse caseload involving divorce and financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, surrogacy, cohabitee disputes, and pre and post–nuptial agreements.Engage in marketing activities to attract new clients and enhance branch awareness.Demonstrate strong drafting and advocacy skills.
