This is what you'll be doing

As a Family Law Paralegal, your responsibilities and duties will be as follows:-

Collaborate closely with fee earners to advance legal transactions in alignment with established procedures and standards, ensuring seamless progress.Keep clients well-informed at all stages of the process, maintaining exceptional communication and client relations.Utilise cutting-edge Case Management software to efficiently manage and update cases.Excel in drafting and submitting legal aid applications on behalf of clients.Provide comprehensive administrative support, from document preparation to appointment scheduling.

The experience you'll bring to the team

The successful candidate will bring the following experience to the Family team:-

A solid background in Family Law is essential for this role.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and case management software, preferably SOS Connect.Exceptional telephone manner and strong communication skills are a must.Ability to analyse information and present accurate findings.Work effectively within a dynamic team in an open-plan office environment.
