What does a production operator do?

Production operators are tasked with setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines and equipment used in production lines. They're responsible for feeding materials into machines, operating machines, making minor repairs, replacing parts, and testing finished materials for compliance.

As an operative you will be required to work at the heart of our factory and be responsible for a range of production tasks including running machines within the site. You will work closely with all members of the operations team.

Your working week

You need to be able to work the following shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis;

Dayshift - 6am to 2pm

Backshift - 2pm to 10pm

Nightshift - 10pm to 6am
