My client is currently looking for a trainee PCB tester, assembly machine operative to join their team, in their busy manufacturing and production area and will be based in their Dartford factory.
The Assembly & Machine Operative role will involve:
Testing printed circuit boards / metal fabrication of panel boards / handling metal materials
Checking and testing manufactured products
Fault finding
Setting machinery and assembly
You will be required to:
Meet specific departmental and company targets
Follow systems / procedures within the department, following all health and safety regulations, housekeeping, work instructions and quality checking.
Assembly work and machine operating roles and PCB tester
Skills & Experience required:
Computer literate with basic mathematics
Ability to work as part of a team
Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
Experience using similar machinery - preferred but not essential as full training provided
Able to understand mechanical drawings / artwork - preferred not essential
Hours of Work
Mon - Friday 2- 10pm (training will be provided on day shift 8-4:30pm first 2 weeks)
Paying a competitive hourly rate of 10.50 - 12.13 per hour
