Factory Operative required for a dynamic and rapidly expanding local business in Fakenham.

Job Description

Our Client a rapidly growing technical plastics manufacturer based in Fakenham and is a global supplier of technical and medical plastic components.

A position has arisen for a Factory Operative within their production team. You will work in all areas of the factory and do a variety of tasks including loading and filling hoppers, removal of waste products and keeping the loading bay clean and tidy.You will also assist with running production machines, performing tests and completing quality records to ensure product is manufactured within set specifications.

As an ideal candidate you must be practically minded, like working in a hands on environment, have a good attention to detail and awareness of safety standards. On the job training will be given so a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential. Being a team player is also key as you will be required to work with all departments in the factory to ensure orders are completed on time and all tasks meet with required standards.

Basic salary GBP11.50 - GBP12per hour 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Early finish on a Friday Opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team Usual working week is 36 hours.
