Factoring Coordinator
Based in Edinburgh
GBP13.75 - GBP16.50 per hour + holiday pay
Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with a leading Property Factoring organisation who are looking to recruit a Factoring Coordinator on a 3 months temporary basis with the possibility of extension. This will be a busy role involving elements of general administration, factoring, and complaint handling so is well suited to someone with experience in the sector.
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) Start in early January Primarily office based Key responsibilities:
Acting as a point of contact for escalated complaints related to Sheltered Housing facilities Investigating complaints, ensuring that homeowners are kept informed throughout the process Liaising with other parties to support with investigations Drafting detailed responses to homeowners by post or email Supporting Factoring Director template new policies and procedures Arranging and attending meetings, taking down action points and notes where required Ad hoc admin duties Person specifications:
Previous experience working in a Factoring, Repairs, Housing, or New Homes role Experience dealing with homeowners or tenants Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills and the ability to investigate complaints Good IT skills and the ability to adapt to new systems Motivated individual with the ability to manage own workload Desirable:
