Our client, based in Falmer are a business incubator for purpose-led entrepreneurs, start-ups and scale-ups looking for a Facilities Team Apprentice to join their strong, growing Facilities Team. Hosting more than 150 members companies, spanning a range of sectors from the forefront of engineering and biomedical research to digital media and app development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person looking to start their career. It would suit someone who is flexible, dynamic and adaptable with strong communication skills. You should be a strong starter and enjoy customer service. There is no previous service experience required for this role but would suit someone who has previously worked in a customer-based role, across any area.
Responsibilities
This role is diverse and exciting whilst being ever changing. Duties can include but not limited to: front of house reception duties, customer relations, general building responsibilities, managing maintenance requests, assisting with visitors and enquiries, health and safety, assisting with event organisation.
