This prestigious high end financial services business are looking for an in-house facilities manager who will promote and develop an outstanding facilities service provision reporting the Head of Facilities. The position requires an all round knowledge of FM but with a strong understanding of hard services and managing sole occupancy of a building. This role involves managing contracts and suppliers across technical services, office services, cleaning, housekeeping, security, health and safety and BCP as well as general facilities management. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, a total focus on high end, quality service and be an outstanding communicator at a senior level. You must have;
