About the Role
We're looking for a Facilities Maintenenace Technician, responsible for working in our guest accommodation areas.
As a member of the Facilities team, you will proactively support the Facilities team in all operational aspects of our guest accommdation making reaction repairs and carryingout planned maintenance projects. This role supports the entire resort and at times will require you to work with internal and external service providers. The work may at time also involve planned and un-planned work across the estate.
You will be providing competent solutions in the accommodations resolving problems in a timely fashion with high working standards. You will carry out general maintenance and repairs in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas dependant on the type of accommodation whilst ensuring safe and secure environments are maintained at all times by adhering to current health and safety legislation. All relevant tools and equipment are all provided.
Typical working hours: five days over seven shift pattern that includes weekends and evenings at times. This is a permanent role, paid fortnightly.
About You
You should be able to demonstrate experience in working in a maintenance environment. You may have experience working background in a maintenance / construction environment and may have some general DIY experience however full training and all equipment is provided so your passion is just as important. You'll have the ability to prioritise workloads and always act in the best interest of our guests and be able to work as part of a team but also work on own when required. Being part of the Facilities Team means you should have a positive approach to problem solving and be able to work and interact in a guest focused environment.

You will have the ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines and have working knowledge and experience of relevant regulations and H&S procedures.
You should have good communication skills and take pride in detailed record keeping. You should hold a professional and positive approach at all times in the working environment and enjoy working both as part of a team and individually.
