GBP32,500 Basic Salary + 25 Days Holiday + Progression Opportunities + Pension
A leading facilities organisation are currently recruiting a facilities coordinator, to form part of a large national contract, working within a fantastic team based in Stockport.
Job Responsibilities
o Contractor site induction - gathering and checking contractor RAMS carrying out PM and project work, archiving records.
o Issue of ATW/PTW as required.
o on site checks of contractors as per company procedures and dealing with any issues expediently
o Liaising with site and contractors to schedule dates for attendance. o Checks on work carried out to ensure quality and completeness.
o Collection and collation of all service records to be stored centrally. o Ensure all of companies QHSE requirements are compliant.
Liaison
o Be the immediate point of contact for site, handling service requests, requests for additional works.
o 100% dedicated to site, site based, able to support with continuous improvement of FM service.
o Available for audits as required.
o Hosting visits in connection with requested additional works and other stakeholder visitors as required in connection with FM activities.
o Communication of PM/works activities to site team.
o Attend site meetings as appropriate.
o Embedded within the site team.
o Link to FM Manager and wider account support team. Act as conduit or information, requests and escalations.
