Singh & Jones have recently we have been collaborating with a reputable Facade Contractor who are keen to recruit an experienced Facade Estimator with a strong curtain wall background. This unique position offers the right candidate the challenge and genuine opportunity to progress, whilst working for a 48m turnover business who employs 250 employees

As a Facade Estimator,you will be reporting directly to the Bid Manager and the duties will include;

Estimating and producing high-quality tenders for within the curtain wall, glazing, roof lights and rainscreen cladding industry Liaising with internal design, manufacturing, and operational teams Attending design and estimating meetings both internally and externally Producing and maintain regular site surveys Carry out Take Offs from drawings Using Logikal for estimating The role of a Facade Estimator suit a candidate who has a background in curtain wall estimating, as well as a full envelope or construction background. The ideal candidate can be based from my clients Buckinghamshire office. Having good system and process skills in a must, as well as being able to work with senior stakeholders.
