You will deliver high–quality, rigorous lessons that drive achievement and inspire a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom.As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and other staff to support the learning and well–being of our EYFS pupils. You will assist with planning, delivering and assessing activities that are engaging, differentiated and aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. You will also provide pastoral care and guidance to the pupils, helping them to develop their physical, social and emotional skills.Your responsibilities
Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment to enable the development of the whole child through individual attention and group activities.You will be someone that understands the Early Years Framework and help deliver it to pupils on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis.To provide a high quality of care and education within the nursery including the environment, resources and learning experiences.To have a good knowledge of the EYFS.Plan ability appropriate activities to stimulate children's imagination.Demonstrate positive and proactive attitudes and behaviours throughout the nursery.Demonstrate good practice, in regard to special educational needs and inclusion.Work in partnership with parents.Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, tidy, and well presented at all times. Requirements
Have a valid in–date Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service).You must also have experience teaching EYFS Framework materials and students and help deliver it to pupils on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis.You will possess behavioural management skills and organisation skills.Have a resilient character and a strong personal drive.Be committed to continually improving classroom practice.
