Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Extrusion Operator working with an established company on the outskirts of Brecon.

The company is a leader in the Global leader who are entering an exciting period of growth with new Manufacturing equipment, processes and products within a recently refurbished working environment.

The ideal candidate will be technically minded; with reasonable computer skills and qualifications including mathematics would be beneficial but are not essential.

The ideal candidate will be expected to work in an industrial production environment.

Key Duties:

Operating production line

Maintaining production data

Quality checks.

Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following skills/attributes:

Prior direct / hands-on experience with Extrusion machinery preferable

Essential to have experience working with factory production machinery

Demonstrated computer literacy

A good listener, analytical thinker and has the ability to effectively communicate and deal with people at all levels of the company

Experience of delivering exceptional results to deadlines

Working Hours:

40 hours of work per week

You will be working a 3-shift system on a weekly rotation Monday- Friday

Salary:

GBP32,000-GBP34,000 per annum
