We are now looking for an External Affairs Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our External Affairs Officer, you will co-ordinate the delivery of our external communications activities.
Shaping the way our customers view us, you ll create a range of materials that highlight our biggest wins and share our key messages, including press releases, case studies and other multimedia content.
As our first point of contact for the media and stakeholders, you ll build strong working relationships outside the organisation. You will deliver external events and stakeholder newsletters, identifying ways to promote our stories and maintaining the stakeholder database.
Additionally, you will:
- Copywrite for key publications
- Share stories via our website, social media and printed publications
- Oversee our corporate social media channels
- Commission professional photography / videography
- Support the team to plan and produce content
About You
To be considered as our External Affairs Officer, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, or equivalent qualifications
- Experience of working with the press, digital channels and creatives
- Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
- Event planning skills
- To be comfortable networking with professionals, taking ownership and prioritising
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
