I have just finished this beautiful, extendable dining table, painted in Overtly Olive eggshell.

My process is to dismantle the table, so i have all parts separate. This way, i can thoroughly cover all areas. Secondly, i thoroughly clean, sand to take out any imperfections, clean again. I have used a primer on this piece and given 2 to 3 coats of colour. I have sprayed this piece for a flawless finish. I have sealed the base of the table top with linseed oil to bring out its natural grain. I have let this piece cure for 3 weeks and have wrapped in bubble wrap ready for transport.

It really is a lovely, unique piece as I had to get this colour mixed. It's not normally sold in eggshell.
