Purpose of Role:–

To work as part of a team in the Operations Department.Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of service on our wholesale freight business. Principle Responsibilities:–

Dealing with inbound call enquiries

AWB completion

Customs Entries

Arranging Courier Shipments

Keeping Boxtop and systems up to date with latest information

Problem Solving

Liaising with our Handling Agent
