An ultra high net worth client in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and dedicated estate/property manager with excellent managerial skills to manage the running of their large estate. The role is live-in, with accommodation, transport, food and insurance included as part of the package, as well as an annual return flight.
The responsibilities will include recruiting, training and managing household staff and their schedules, coordinating with the ground staff team manager and maintenance team managers to ensure all repair works and external works are managed properly, and liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure that all relevant works are carried out within budget and given time frames.
Someone with an events background would be very well suited to this role, as the client hosts lots of events at the estate, so good interpersonal skills and events skills would be a huge bonus. Setting up for events, coordinating with chefs and service staff, you will make sure all events run seamlessly and will also manage the large inventory of the household, as well as various other storage sites on the property.
Financially savvy, you will work with the finance team to ensure that purchasing is approved and in budget, and keep track of household expenses. Working closely with the client, you will be a right-hand man and be confident, exceptionally organised and highly responsible.
