Experienced BREEAM Assessor

My client is a multidiscipline engineering consultancy who strive to ensure Net zero Carbon is obtained on all projects, as well as designing and improving the complete building. My client are looking to recruit an Experienced BREEAM Assessor to join their team in Birmingham.

Experienced BREEAM Assessors will be responsible for carrying out various BREEAM measurements such as low impact design, energy management, and internal environment. BREEAM Assessors will carry out a BREEAM In Use assessments towards existing buildings to help reach the clients benchmark for Net Zero Carbon. BREEAM Assessors will insure existing buildings will reduce running costs, reduction of exposure to risks, promote sustainable management practices, as well as making significant contributions to ESG

It will be required for an Experience BREEAM Assessor:

Strong experience in carrying out BREEAM assessmentsBREEAM AP qualificationExperience in carrying out BREEAM In Use assessmentsExcellent Communication skillsBenefits of the role include:
