Our client, a recently–refurbished, very well–known Leisure Facility based in Hounslow, are looking to recruit an Exercise On Referral Officer to join their growing business operation, working multi–site across their 6 centres in Hounslow. Due to their need to ensure an incredible Exercise On Referral operation, and to develop their relationship within the community, they are actively seeking the right candidate to join their business. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:– Implementing the company's Health & Wellbeing plan– Leading on the Exercise On Referral programme – responsible for the effective co–ordination and administration of the programme, and assisting with the development of the programme– Assisting in the training and development of the Exercise On Referral team (7 FTE)– Building upon and maintaining positive working partnerships with key external partners– Undertaking regular visits to GP surgeries and working alongside NHS partners to demise a planned programme of training sessions– Ensuring that all health and safety policies are strictly adhered to– Establishing and developing close working relationships with organisations relevant to Sports & Community Development– Assisting in the delivery and organisation of sports coaching coursesIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:– Level 4 qualification OR Exercise On Referral Certificate– Fun, sociable personality– Computer literacy– Passion/interest in health and fitness– Ability to work across HounslowThe working hours for the role are as follows:– 40 hours per week– 5/7 days (including weekends – one weekend a month) on a very fair rota– 8 hour days across the following shifts: 8.00am – 4.00pm / 9.00am – 5.00pm / 11.00am – 7.00pmIn addition to a very competitive salary, our client are also offering a free gym membership (at all 6 x centres!), and incredible progression opportunities.Our client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
