Salary: GBP15.35 per hour GBP27,928.34 pro rata per annum + Benefits

Executive PA - The Role:
We are currently looking for an outstanding PA for an amazing charity.
This role will see you as first point of contact for the Chief Executive, Executive Team, and Trustees/Directors.
This is a great opportunity for the right PA to join the team and hit the ground running!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for the Chief Executive, handling enquiries from internal & external stakeholders.
Diary management for the CEO ensuring all appointments are recorded & communicated accurately, making meeting room, travel & accommodation bookings as necessary.
Prepare meeting briefings as required and manage the documentation of the Chief Executive's office, including CQC & policy coordination (where appropriate). Support the CEO/Executive Team with responsibilities concerning internal & external committees.
To assist with the administration of major projects led by the CEO or Executive Team. There are many varied aspects to the job, as outlined within the job description available upon request.
You will be a key member of the team assisting the work of the Charity and its subsidiary organisation (Right2Work), in achieving its goals of supporting people with care/support, within care, education and housing.
Executive PA - What we need from you:
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working in a busy, high-level role with experience of minute taking at a senior/board level.
You must be able to demonstrate complex diary management, be highly organised and prioritise conflicting demands with the ability to communicate at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
