Executive Assistant to Chief people Officer in Tech
We are seeking an exceptionally polished, meticulous executive assistant to support our top-tier Chief People Officer (CPO). This is a high-visibility role requiring solid Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite leaders. The CPO is dynamic, growth focused and incredibly dynamic so requires a quick thinker who excellent intuition with no room for error.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendar with shifting priorities, requiring rescheduling of meetings and travel logistics. Compile detailed briefing documents and presentations for weekly leadership meetings. Coordinate CPO's attendance at critical HR events and offsite conferences. Manage executive communications including sensitive matters with legal/regulatory implications. Conduct research and analysis on people metrics to uncover opportunities and risk areas. Working with the CPO to partner with HR managers on time-sensitive HR projects. Managing confidential CPO level HR documentation and information Arrange onsite and manage Executive/HR Committee meeting agendas and pre-reads. Support budget planning for major HR initiatives and teams Although a high level Executive Assistant role, this integral role offers exposure to corporate HR strategy and people functions. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate project experience at C Suite Level.
To thrive you must be flexible, forward-thinking, and comfortable interacting with executives. Expert-level MS Office skills required along with ruthless attention to detail. Superior organisation in fast-paced setting critical.
Applicants MUST have C Suite level Executive Experience ideally having supported an HR Director or Chief People Officer before. You will also have had experience of managing strategic projects.
