We seek an exceptional individual to join our client's team as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities will encompass all administrative duties, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day tasks supporting of the Managing Director and the wider Senior Management Team.
To thrive in this role, you should possess proven experience in a similar position, demonstrating proficiency in handling a demanding workload. Your ability to consistently stay one step ahead, coupled with a commitment to providing outstanding support wherever needed, will be key to your success in this dynamic position.
Responsibilities:
Diary managementFacilitate travel, transport and accommodation arrangementsMonitor and review the Managing Director's emails, sorting, prioritising, and responding as/when necessaryCoordinate internal and external meetings, including issuing agendas, minute taking, booking meeting rooms and venues, providing refreshments, and catering arrangementsAttend all board meetings, assisting with collating board packs and typing and distributing associated minutes, circulating any communication to the region as necessaryTyping, copying, and distributing correspondence and reportsCo-ordinate regional events and external hospitalityAssisting with office management and reception duties What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a similar role supporting Director levelExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailExceptional communication skills, written and verbalAbility to multi-task, working under pressure and to deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft PackagesProfessional and able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Details:
Title: PA to MD
Salary: GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 (+ Bonus)
Location: Dorking
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:15pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm (Please note: this is a fully-office based role)
