An Executive Assistant to the CEO is needed at a technology company in London. The Executive Assistant will have proven experience in the role. The Executive Assistant will be a key figure in supporting the CEO in all aspects of their role, ensuring seamless coordination and communication to C-Suite and across the organization. This is a hybrid role (mostly homebased), but when the CEO is in London, the Executive Assistant would be expected to be in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing their calendar and correspondence. Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and relaying information. Arrange complex global travel itineraries and logistics for the CEO. Prepare meeting agendas, collate documents, and take minutes, following up on action items. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and discussions. Assist in managing projects and coordinating tasks. Provide out of hours support to the CEO and their family on both personal and business matters Households management including daily liaison with staff and chauffeurs Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing all communications on their behalf. Attend meetings with the CEO, ensuring documentation is in place and preparations are complete. Inbox and calendar management working across several time zones.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite Highly organized and detail oriented. Impeccable integrity and confidentiality management. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirables:
French language is an advantage
