On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for an Executive Assessor for a 6 month contract based in London hybrid 2 days per week in the office the rest at home.
As an Executive Assessor you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the process of producing attendant profiles and supporting the calibration process for the insights generated.Conducting executive profiling at Director level, ensuring a high quality user experience.Building, maintaining and leveraging strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Executive Talent & Assessment team, Talent Management & Acquisition colleagues, people partners & external partners) to help ensure insights are captured, integrated, calibrated and leveraged in a fair, balanced and GDPR compliant way.Data management and processing of Executive Insights Data in line with Regulatory, Data and Risk Management frameworks.Supporting the integration of Executive Insights Data and translating it into 1:1 Development actions and ongoing support for Senior Leaders.Bringing a wealth of industry leading knowledge and academic rigour with a pragmatic commercial delivery focus.What we require:
Experience in conducting executive assessments is essential.Accredited and experienced in de-briefing psychometric profiling tools, including the full Hogan suite is essential.A consulting background would be ideal with strong experience working across a range of industries and large multi matrix organisations.You will ideally be an occupational psychologist with MSc or chartered status and/or an externally accredited executive coach with Hogan qualification.Next steps:
