My public sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an Administrator to work in their Employment Tribunals Team. This role is fully onsite 5 days a week and is a temporary assignment for 12 months Monday to Friday paying GBP11.72 p/hr, going up to GBP12.62 in the 13th working week, full time 37.00 hours a week.As part of this role, you will be required, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:Working as part of an administration support team dealing with a range of administrative and casework matters" Review training guidance, legislation and ET Templates and make notes to gather knowledge whilst attending training sessions with the team" Process and respond to claim forms received from Employment Tribunals identifying the grounds of complaint, type of claim and submitting the response within 28 days of receipt/by the response date specified by the Tribunal." Accurately record dates that are issued on CMS, make notes of actions taken and upload documents to Wisdom." Reviewing ET Judgements and passing to relevant team for processing" Dealing with correspondence received from Employment TribunalsAbilities required:" Be self-motivated and take ownership for their decisions and be accountable. Using evidence and knowledge to support accurate, expert decisions and advice, which take into consideration all known implications and risk" Be a good communicator both orally and in writing and be prepared to present to a broad range of stakeholders. You may also be asked to write or contribute to official correspondence/legal documentation/reports to senior leaders" Be able to acquire RPS technical and process knowledge quickly " Learn quickly the boundaries of which issues to escalate and those which are their own responsibility" Be able to adapt to changing priorities either within the team or in response to role rotation " Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines Please note this role will require a DBS check, and three years referencing.
