*** EXCHANGE WANTED ***

I have a decent size 2 bed flat,in Harold hill on an estate with 2 outside cupboards 1 outside my front door and 1 on the ground floor near the lobby door along with a nice size balcony. Out the rear back is a nice great size green that’s maintained daily. Onsite is our local council officer that’s there Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm for any help that’s needed along with handyman that comes and fixes the smallest jobs you need in your property eg plumping,blockage,bulk clearance along with other stuff.

Unfortunately the property is just too small for myself and my family! And it isn’t suitable for my newborn daughter who is disabled. The wait for a disabled house could be over a year and we will need to be out by the time she’s a year old,due to her needs etc.

There is no damage or mould in my property! It’s well maintained and looked after. Nicely decorated too. Flooring and carpets through out the property!

I’m in need off a 3 bed house or even a 3 bed ground floor flat. I’m happy with either as along as it’s ground floor for my daughters needs.

I’m not fussed about the decor either because we could sort that as a family.

I’m looking to go Basildon,Wickford or Hornchurch etc but if something comes up in RM3 area,Romford I’m willing to look and discuss property needs,if it okay for my daughters needs and is approved by my landlord and okay on the other part to swap.
