Have you had Exam Invigilating experience and want to support students on the flexibility of supply? At Vision for Education, we're recruiting for an Exam Invigilator to provide support in a secondary school in Cornwall.
About the role
We're looking for an Exam Invigilator to join our supply staff providing support to year 10 and year 11 students during their GCSEs in a school in Cornwall. As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for handing out equipment, supervising students, preparing examination rooms, making sure the exam takes place in accordance with exam board regulations and collating papers. You need to be able to take on the role of Reader/Scriber; supporting students who require additional support with the reading out of exam questions and then writing/typing word for word the students' answers. This would be the ideal position for someone who has invigilating and teaching assistant experience as you could work in both roles at Vision for Education.
About the school
We work with multiple secondary schools in Cornwall and surrounding areas and currently have one school in particular that are looking for Exam Invigilators to support with these very important GCSE Exams. The ideal candidate for our partner schools will have experience invigilating exams, or working within an educational setting, and will work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual.
