Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for this unique and exciting role based in Middleton. Our client are looking for someone to take on a varied role which will include:
Managing the collection and documentation of all evidence required for ongoing casesStorage, return or destruction of evidence as applicableLiaising with couriers on a daily basisSending out reports to clientsUpdating CRM systemConstantly ensure all data relevant policies and procedures are followedReport any discrepancies efficientlyAssist in developing evidence handling policiesOffer training to other staffGeneral administration
There is no ideal background for this role but there are a number of essential skills -
Previous experience of dealing with the evidence process or casework involving evidence would of course be an advantageExcellent administration skills gained in a fast paced environmentAttention to detailMotivation to achieve personal goals and targetsUnderstanding of, and willingness to ensure all key deadlines are met along with excellent organisation skillsAbility to follow strict legal processesStrong communication skills - specifically dealing with solicitors, police forces and others involved in the legal processGood understanding of technology and ability to pick up systems easilyAble to work on initiative and take ownership of tasks
