The role will require the selected candidate to have relevant and recent knowledge of managing corporate events and engaging with a variety of external stakeholders. The role will involve cross–department collaboration with a wide variety of staff and external partners. The post holder will be required to have excellent communication and team–building skills, as well as be adept in project management. Requirements: Educated to SCQF Level 8 or equivalent.A knowledge of working with central and local government and community sectorsKnowledge of working legislations and policy across the UK and ScotlandAn understanding of stakeholder analysis to identify engagement prioritiesExperience successfully managing a wide range of stakeholders in the delivery of servicesProject ManagementContributing to the development of stakeholder communicationsProducing high–quality written workExperience organising and running successful and efficient events Main Duties: Community Planning: Management of the 3 community planning partnership teams supporting Executive leads for each partnership, ensuring priorities are delivered inline with local plans.Providing data and reports detailing student patterns and trends across each authority to support the delivery of the Community Planning Partnership.Ensuring the institution delivers on its requirements within the Community Empowerment Act (Scotland) 2015.Managing the collation of Community Planning Partnership date on the CRM to provide regular updates and information to the Executive leads and Senior Management attending events.
