Our client a law firm in the City of London are currently recruiting for a European Business Development & Marketing Specialist , focusing on creating tailored content, managing business development initiatives, and maintaining client engagement. The responsibilities encompass various aspects like content creation, research, managing events, and supporting business plans.
The Specialist is expected to collaborate within the Marketing and Business Development Department, interact with clients, attorneys, administrative staff, and external vendors, reporting to the Senior European Business Development & Marketing Manager.
Primary responsibilities include:
Developing tailored materials for business opportunities Enhancing the European office's profile through events and PR collaboration Updating collateral materials and client lists for new opportunities Conducting business and competitive intelligence research Drafting directory submissions and coordinating lawyer interviews Identifying marketing opportunities and supporting the matter capture process Assisting in executing client events, client memos, and business plans Secondary responsibilities involve supporting other team members on diverse projects, aiding in diversity initiatives, supporting PR and communications, and assisting in attorney and practice business plans.
This position seems comprehensive and multifaceted, involving a mix of strategic planning, content creation, client engagement, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing and/or business development within a medium to large professional services environment. Experience with content related to capital markets, real estate, litigation, restructuring, finance and/or financial services a plus.
