Job Title: Estimator (PVC and Aluminium, Windows and Doors)

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join the team.
Position Overview:
This company are looking for a motivated and detail–oriented Estimator with a strong background in B2B commercial sales, specifically in PVC and aluminium windows and doors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our sales and project management processes, ensuring accurate cost estimates and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
(Previous experience with PVC and aluminium windows and doors is not absolutely necessary but very much preferred).
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis and estimation for commercial projects involving PVC and aluminium windows and doors.Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to understand client requirements and project specifications.Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive project bids.Work closely with suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate cost–effective deals.Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market conditions.Contribute to the development of sales strategies and pricing models. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Estimator in B2B commercial sales, specifically within the PVC and aluminium windows and doors industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction and building materials, with a focus on windows and doors.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Detail–oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Proficient in relevant software applications for estimating. Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from GBP25,000 to GBP35,000 per annum, based on experience.Company car provided.1% of the company net profit, as a performance–based bonus.
