Local authority in the Northamptonshire area are looking for an Estates Surveyor for an initial period of three months. ( likely to be on going )

Purpose of the role:

To be responsible for delivering a range of estate management case work

requiring professional input for the Commercial Estates and Business Centre Teams and on occasions, as requested by the line manager, other council departments.

- This role is remote with 1 day in the office in Northampton each week.

- Full Time 5 days per week

- Inside IR35

- 350 - 400 a day

- Initial three months with likely extension
