Estates Services Co-Ordinator

Novax Recruitment are currently hiring for an Estates Services Co-Ordinator, in the London Borough of Islington.

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

35 Hours per week.

15/75 - 17.75 per hour.

Position Overview:

As an Estates Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of property services, maintenance, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of estate management practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To be the key link between Homes for Islington and the customer, having overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining estate agreements and service level agreements between HFI and the estate residents.This will include management of the Quality Control Officers, ensuring the provision of effective estate & contracted services on designated HFI estates.To implement and evaluate change, working creatively for solutions to caretaking and estate services issues. To ensure that comprehensive estate services are delivered on a patch basis in accordance with HFI Policy.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in estate services coordination or a related role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of property management and facilities maintenance practices.Familiarity with health and safety regulations.Proficient in relevant software applications.For more information on our Estates Services Co-Ordinator role, contact Lucas on (phone number removed).
