About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Estates Handyman to join our client's team at a prestigious high-end residential building in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of property maintenance, including:

Light bulb changes Painting & decorating Minor repairs to fixtures and fittings Maintenance of communal areas Estate cleaning & Litterpicking Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on the building and its communal areas Ensure that all repairs are carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner Work closely with the Property Manager to identify and prioritize maintenance needs Order and maintain stocks of tools and materials Keep up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations Requirements

At least 2 years' experience as an Estates Handyman Experience of working in a high-end residential setting Excellent DIY skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills Ability to work to deadlines
