Role: Estates Coordinator
Location: Skegness
Package: 30,000- 40,000, plus 3000 car allowance
Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estates Coordinator to join our client's team, based in Skegness. Our client is one of the UK's most valued service providers and holds one of the largest portfolios in the UK, comprising more than 3000 properties, ranging from listed buildings through to state-of-the-art integrated health campuses.

This is a hybrid role, which will involve working at different sites three days a week such as Skegness to Long Sutton, with two days working from home.
What will your role look like?
The successful candidate will support the Senior Estates Manager by ensuring that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, partners and patients in accordance with policies, procedures, legislation and statutory requirements.
They will coordinate in house/outsourced services in a facilities service position across a portfolio of properties.
What are we looking for?
-Hard facilities management and property experience, with knowledge of FM building compliance along with healthcare cleanliness standards
-Data-driven decision-making
-Demonstrable experience in dealing with customers, partners and the public, dealing with sensitive and confidential information
