Abbotsley Farms Ltd are seeking an Estate Worker to join their 2500-acre conservation focused Estate near St Neots in Cambridgeshire.

The Estate comprises a mixture of arable land, woodland, tenanted residential and commercial property, renewable energy enterprises, storage businesses and environmental stewardship agreements. The majority of the arable land is contract farmed by a local business, but the remaining property and businesses are run in house.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, diligent and flexible person with a passion for conservation. Projects will be varied and require a wide range of skills. These will include:

Habitat creation and maintenance of stewardship agreement Small scale woodland management Deer and pest management Grass cutting Simple property maintenance Contractor liaison and security General estate tasks Appropriate training courses will be arranged where required.

A highly competitive remuneration package is available to the right candidate. Accommodation may be available if required.

Full time role - 40 hours a week.

Full (clean) UK driving licence is required. Tractor and estate machinery experience is required.

Shotgun and Firearms Licence preferable.
