Local authority in the Lincolnshire area are currently looking for an interim estate surveyor initially for 6 months.
Purpose of the role:
To work within the Estates Business Development Team to provide advice in relation to the property portfolio and estate. This will include the provision of professional estate management across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential, and agricultural properties and valuation advice to support the delivery of the council's outcomes.
Provide professional estate management, consultancy, and valuation advice to the Council across all aspects of the wider property estate with the assistance of senior members of the team.
Provide advice on all matters pertaining to the estate, providing both operational and strategic advice that will contribute to reports, briefings and in answering any complaints that might arise.
Negotiate on behalf of the council with agents, developers, landowners, and other public sector bodies to assist in the development of projects which supports the council's growth and wider service objectives.
