Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Conveyancer - Northampton - up to GBP28k dependent on experience

My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years. Due to a huge growth within their Sales department, they are now looking for an Estate Agency Sales Progressor or Conveyancer to join their team in Northampton.

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion. As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.

Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Progressor Role:

Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completionLiaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitorsProviding all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase Essential Skills Required:

Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience is ESSENTIALYou will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skillsA natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essentialA persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30 1 hour lunch. 1 Saturday in 4 9:00 - 4:00 hour lunch
