Our client, a prestigious independent estate agent, are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Property Sales Negotiator to join the team on a full-time basis in their Wellington office with on target earnings up to GBP30,000. The successful candidate will be polished, well-organised and able to work diligently as part of a motivated residential property team, possessing excellent communication, literacy and IT skills.

This is an exciting role which will involve a variety of front-line property sales responsibilities, including all aspects of client and customer contact, property viewings, negotiation and sales progression, whilst offering long term career progression.
