An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning, energetic, forward thinking, and experienced lettings team based covering North Birmingham and Staffordshire. You will be working for a market leading independent with a fantastic office network and ambitious plans to further develop their already successful lettings business.

You will receive a basic salary of GBP23-25k plus commission a car allowance, many further financial perks and other benefits. This is a role with great potential for further progression, and you will receive on going training and support.

Principle Accountabilities:

Generating, arranging, and carrying out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market. Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords Business generation - creating opportunities to increase the portfolio Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to The right candidate will:
